Are you doing more than what is required?
Life works like food for the stomach.
We eat only what is enough.
If we eat more than needed,
the same food creates problems.

The same rule applies to life.
Are you doing charity beyond what is required?
Is a wife giving more than what a husband is ready to receive?
Are parents doing more than what children truly need?
Are you carrying responsibilities that are no longer yours?

Doing what is required is Dharma.
Doing more than required creates imbalance.

That is why this question matters:
If I step back right now, does anything truly collapse?

If nothing collapses,
then you may already be doing more than needed.

Wisdom is not in doing more.
Wisdom is in knowing what is enough.

Stopping at the right point is not selfish.
It is alignment.
